Information for Presenter
Presentation Code
For those presenting either poster or oral presentation, you can obtain your presentation code from your registered account on the APCE2027 website. Presentation codes are assigned for each presentation as follows:
where XX is an identification number assigned to each presentation.
Oral Presentation
Presentation Upload Time
You are requested to upload your presentation file in the conference room where you will be delivering your presentation.

Presentation Time
Please check for the latest updates on the conference website and in front of the presentation room. There will be warning signals for the end of your presentation. Please strictly follow the schedule.
Audio-Visual Aids
The rooms used for the presentation are equipped with:
- A laptop PC with PowerPoint for presentation
- Screen for a single projection
- An LCD projector with VGA and HDMI connections
- A laser pointer
Due to a very tight schedule, we strongly encourage uploading your presentation files to the computer provided in the conference room. The files will be completely removed after the session is over. For those who wish to use their own laptop, please contact our staff at the conference room in advance to check its compatibility. Make sure that you carry an appropriate adaptor or connector with you.
Poster Presentation
Poster Preparation
- There is no template for poster, but it should include the APCE2027 and presenter's institute logos at the top. APCE2027 logos can be downloaded here.
- Adhesive for poster setup will be provided by the organizer.
Time for Poster Attachment & Location
The poster session will be at the TBA and the location for the poster attachment will be specified according to the Abstract ID, which can be found in the Program Book. The organizers will provide accessories (such as adhesive tape) for setting up the poster, which can be collected at the Poster Registration Desk.

There will be two poster sessions according to the schedule below.

Both sessions are requested to set up and remove the posters according to the schedule below.
Participants are expected to be present in front of their posters during their scheduled sessions. Please note that there will be judges to interview the presenters during all sessions to evaluate for the Poster Presentation Awards, which will be announced during the Closing Ceremony (date TBA).
Note: The organizer will not be responsible for the posters that are left behind after the day of the poster presentation.
